Information Collection & Use
Glow Timer (the “Application”) is provided by Nanti s.r.o. (the “Service Provider”). The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it, and registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary for network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Location Data
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Glow Timer does not collect or retain personal data through normal use. Therefore, there is no application-collected personal information stored by Nanti that requires a retention period.
Information you choose to provide directly to the Service Provider outside normal app usage, such as information contained in an email you send us, may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and comply with applicable obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Glow Timer does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is no application-collected personal data on Nanti's systems that needs to be deleted.
Uninstalling Glow Timer removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily provided information directly to Nanti, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal requirements.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security & Data Breaches
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of application-collected personal information is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it holds.
Changes & Consent
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by publishing the revised policy with an updated effective date. Where consent is legally required for a particular processing activity, it may be withdrawn without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
